To celebrate our clients – and International Women’s Day – we invite you to
join us for lunch with RBC Olympian, Larissa Franklin. Larissa is a world-record holder, three-time Pan-American medalist, two-time world bronze medalist, and Olympic bronze medalist.

Larissa sets the standard for what it looks like to have fun, overcome adversity and work hard to achieve your biggest goals. In 2020, Larissa and her teammates were given one shot to make history and be the first Canadian softball team to bring home an Olympic medal. When burnout and an Olympic postponement came into the mix, a childhood dream was nearly jeopardized and ripped away ... but it wasn't.

A story of determination, resiliency, and self-acceptance, Larissa encourages her audiences to consider what is possible when you change your perspective. She motivates us all to be better team players by seeing obstacles as opportunities, taking action, and harnessing the qualities that make them great.
